A Dialogue Between Tableware and Cuisine, Resonating in Silence.

A special collaboration between Japanese ceramic artist Taketoshi Ito and Chef Masanao Saito, bringing together two distinct forms of craftsmanship.

For this event, Ito created special tableware to complement Chef Masa Saito’s culinary creations. Guests experienced a unique dialogue between cuisine and ceramics, where each dish and vessel was designed to enhance the other.

Ceramicist Taketoshi Ito was also present throughout the event, offering guests a rare opportunity to meet and interact directly with the artist.

陶芸家 伊藤剛俊氏と、Masa Saito Innovative 斉藤シェフによる特別なコラボレーションイベントを開催しました。

本イベントのために伊藤氏が制作した器にMasa Saitoの料理を盛り付け、料理と器、それぞれの表現が互いを引き立てる特別なダイニング体験をお楽しみいただきました。

また、伊藤氏本人にも全日程ご参加いただき、作り手と直接交流できる貴重な機会となりました。 マサ
